Our 5-Week Ski/Ride Conditioning Series is designed to help you build the strength, endurance, and agility you need to hit the slopes with confidence this winter.
Program Details:
📅 Dates: October 7 – November 6
🕔 Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45–6:45 p.m.
💲 Cost: $188 per person (10 sessions total)
📍 Location: Fortitude Fitness Training
Each session is designed to:

✔️ Help prevent injuries

GROUP FITNESS

- Flagship Group Fitness & Weightlifting
- 3 Day/week membership $188/month
- Morning and afternoon class times available.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
PROGRAM
- 7:00am, 8:30am and 3:15pm Tuesday & Thursday
- 2 day/week membership $130/month
SKI/RIDE CONDITIONING
PROGRAM
- October 7 – November 6
- 5:45–6:45 p.m. Tuesdays & Thursdays

Longevity (60+)
PROGRAM
- 9:30am Tuesday & Thursday
- Focus on gentle stretches and balance work, low-impact strength
- 2 day/week membership $130/month
PERSONAL TRAINING
PROGRAM
- Customized programming
- We recommend 1-3 days a week
- Work one on one with a Personal Trainer to reach your goals
- $89 to $115 per 1 hr. session
WOMEN'S Small Group Training
PROGRAM
- 4:00 pm Monday & Wednesday
- 9:30 am Tuesday & Thursday
- 2 day/week membership $320/month
- Hybrid class where personal training meets small group fitness
- Women-led
- Designed for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause
