Can I do my own thing during class?

The purpose of our gym is to provide guidance to our members. Most of the time you are in the gym, you’ll either be in a class or a personal training session. If you are interested in doing your own programming or completing our programming on your own time, we can most likely accommodate your request. Please sign up for a free “No Sweat” Intro so that we can learn about you and your goals.
