Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to achieve the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a customized program designed specifically for you. Whether you’re coming back from an injury, have chronic pain, or just prefer individualized attention, we have the tools and experience to help. Our coaches will meet you at your current fitness level and track your progress over time. Recommended for maximum results:
- 2-4 personal training sessions per week, or
- Group classes and 1+ personal training sessions per week

Group Fitness is a terrific way to get in shape! The support and camaraderie that is inherently part of the group dynamic is pure magic.
Our full-service flagship classes begin with a mobility, dynamic warm-up and a comprehensive explanation and practice of the exercises programmed for the day. Workouts include strength training, metabolic conditioning and a restorative cool down. You can scale or modify every workout to be successful. It’s about meeting YOUR goals.

45-minute circuit-style training for those who want to get in and crank it out.
45-minute circuit-style training for those who want to get in and crank it out.
If your priority is effective, efficient workouts, “Fit Fast” is for you! This 45-minute circuit-style workout will make the most of your precious time in the gym. Expect workouts to include functional movements that leverage core, upper and lower body strength while tapping into and building your agility, balance and endurance. Offered Wednesday and Friday at 7:15 a.m.

With the Fit3D ProScanner, you can track your body composition and compare your results over time. Get all of your body measurements, weight and a full posture and balance assessment with private results delivered right to your phone. The full 3D body scan is complete in less than 60 seconds.
