Calling all lady mountain bikers!
Do you struggle with uphill technical climbing, getting through rock gardens, those punchy uphill climbs, maneuvering your bike on the trail, or pain in your wrists or back?
One of the best ways we can improve as riders and have MORE fun on the trail is to be strong. When we have the leg strength, power, and upper body strength we can pedal through tough sections, are less gassed when climbing steep hills, and we can move through technical terrain with ease.
That’s why we’re bringing you the 8-Week Women’s Mountain Biking Strength Program with Coach Casey Westbrook, M.S., C.S.C.S.
This program is designed for women who love to ride the trails—whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been riding for years—and will give you the base strength you need to start the season strong so you can get out on your bike, ride MORE of the trail and have even MORE fun!
Wednesdays at 12pm from May 18 – July 6
Weekly in-person strength workouts with Coach Casey where you’ll get support with form, modifications, and recommendations for specific exercises for your unique needs.
Short homework assignments to perform on your own, from anywhere, with minimal to no equipment, that will help you progress as a rider and minimize your injury risk.
Access to the True Coach app where you can easily get access to your workouts, track your progress, get support & ask your coach questions.
Access to all the workouts so you can continue to implement these movements, stay strong, and play hard!
Support beyond strength training including information about sleep, hydration, nutrition, rest, and more, so you can have the energy you need to keep up on the trail.
