Group Fitness is a terrific way to get in shape! The support and camaraderie that is inherently part of the group dynamic is pure magic.

Full-service classes begin with a dynamic warm-up and a comprehensive explanation and practice of the exercises programmed for the day. Everyone begins the workout together, which is followed by a restorative cool down.

You can scale or modify every workout to be successful. It’s about meeting YOUR goals.
