Group Fitness is a terrific way to get in shape! The support and camaraderie that is inherently part of the group dynamic is pure magic.
Our full-service flagship classes begin with a mobility, dynamic warm-up and a comprehensive explanation and practice of the exercises programmed for the day. Workouts include strength training, metabolic conditioning and a restorative cool down. You can scale or modify every workout to be successful. It’s about meeting YOUR goals.
Flagship class offered:
6am: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
7am: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
12pm: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5:30pm: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
