Come get a full-body workout that will build your endurance, increase muscular strength, and challenge your mental toughness, all in one low-impact, calorie burning hour!

Rowed to Fitness will offer weekly indoor rowing classes Thursdays at 5:30pm. Led by coach Steve Tague, current indoor rowing continental and world champion, these will be fun, challenging, energy packed one hour workouts.

Classes will include a warm-up, cool-down, and a lot of work in-between, along with coaching on form and performance. This is a rowing based class but may involve low-impact body weight or kettlebell exercise intervals.
