Geared toward the 55+ population, this class was intentionally designed for people who want to continue doing the things they enjoy and won’t let their “age” stop them.

Low-intensity workouts focus on strength, maintaining and enhancing range of motion, and overall wellness. This hour-long class is offered Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
