Our Mobility session is an hour-long, coach-led class focused on stretching and flexibility. This low-impact offering is designed for those who want to improve mobility and range of motion.
Join the class live via Zoom on Tuesdays at 4pm, or watch a recording of the class anytime during the week when it works for you. This weekly class is offered for a $15 drop-in. You will need a foam roller and a lacrosse ball.
