6-week session to get you prepared for ski season.

This 6-week program will get you ready for your best winter season yet!

Classes will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45-6:45 p.m. November  2 – December 14.

Each hour-long class will include a warm-up, dynamic workout featuring primarily bodyweight exercises and a cool down. Participants are encouraged to wear clothes they can workout in, and athletic shoes.

There is no class on Thanksgiving, November 23.
