This 16-class session will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., beginning Dec. 6 through Feb 2 (with no class Dec. 20 & 22).

Each hour-long class will include a warm-up, plyometrics, agility, dynamic workout with a lot of variety, strength training, balance and core work, and a cool down. Participants are encouraged to wear clothes they can workout in, and athletic shoes.
