Bio

Colton is a Bend native with a background in rock climbing, calisthenics, and bodybuilding. His love of fitness and the confidence he attained working out in the gym led him to pursue a career as a fitness trainer. 


“I wanted to become a trainer because I remember how it feels to start something new. If I can make it easier for someone to start working on their fitness by ensuring they feel understood and encouraged, while simultaneously helping them grow mentally and physically, then I’m all in.”


Clients appreciate Colton’s relaxed, approachable demeanor, and calm confidence. When you work with him, you can expect him to offer clear direction about the movements you’ll be asked to perform, and the intended stimulus of the workout. What he loves most about being a coach is “watching people give their all, achieve the goals they set—whether big or small—and build confidence in themselves.”
