Designed for adults ages 60+ who want to get fit or continue leading an active lifestyle, this class focuses on gentle stretching, balance drills, flexibility work and low-impact strength primarily using light weights and resistance bands. 


No prior fitness experience necessary. Offered Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
