Program Details & Description

Each October we provide a fun effective one hour class to prepare our clients for Ski and Ride Performance and Injury Prevention. Please send us an email if you are interested in the class in the upcoming seasons or check out Personal Training and our other programs FitFast, Group Class, or Longevity.
